"I placed a take-out order and got home to realize I was given the wrong order. So I called and spoke to someone who said they were the manager and insisted that she gave me the right order, but I knew that wasn’t right because it was all wrong and/or missing.. she agreed to refund me for the items that were missing, not the whole order (even though the food I did receive wasn’t what I ordered at all), and continued to insist that she cooked my order herself and knew it was correct.. so of course I’m upset. A couple of hours later, Lakita calls me back and was SO kind and apologetic, she offered me a full refund for my order. Hopefully Lakita is already one of the managers, but she handled the situation so much better, so if she isn’t already, she deserves to be promoted to one! She turned my whole experience around and her customer service and kindness did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Lakita!! This review is JUST for you :)"

"Lakita was amazing. So kind . She assisted me with my online order being the system was down and she couldn’t take credit cards . I was actually about to leave when she suggested I just place the order online . To assist with my wait time she dropped the order while I navigated the online process.I live in Alpharetta however because of her customer service I don’t mind making the drive here. "Ok so my Favorite Wing Stop in the city got my order wrong. Ordered Lemon pepper and corn and they were over seasoned and disgusting. Went back to the store and the manager, Zee was outside on break when I pulled back up but went straight to Amazing Customer Service Mode. He remade my order and took care of me with such care and concern. I was very impressed!! My favorite spot now with My Favorite Person! I love when ppl treat ppl like ppl and not just some name on a board. I'll be back."

"I will start off by saying I haven’t been to a Wingstop, but I happen to be in the area and decided to give them a try. I had a Wingstop since way before the pandemic. I was going to die in, but decided to order to go. I had the Hawaiian wings and they were tasty and fresh even after my 35-minute commute home. The ranch is as good as I remember. The service was great, and the atmosphere was really pleasant. I even witnessed the manager stepping out into the lobby to help a customer with her large order of drinks and foods because she was accompanied by a small child. I will definitely check them out the next time I’m in the Doraville area."
